Soul Benefactors is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization created to provide a refreshing new idea for one of the biggest challenges facing charities today: fundraising.
Since the beginning of time, humankind has looked to Dance, Song, and Comedy to divert attention away from its darkest days of Pain, Distress, Affliction, and War. The mission of Soul Benefactors through Dance (sole), Songs from the heart (soul) and the brightness of Laughter (sol) is to entertain and distract one’s focus away from daily troubles and bring joy to audiences.
Our ensemble troupe which is currently comprised of about sixty seasoned and talented entertainers has performed a series of delightful song, dance and comedy shows to raise money for various charities and other non-profits in the northwest Valley of the metropolitan Phoenix area such as Eve’s Place (October 19, 2008), St. Mary’s Food Bank (December 9, 2008), Temple Beth Shalom (April 4th, 2009), American Cancer Society/Relay for Life (April 25th, 2009) and Hadassah (May 12, 2009). Any organization that feels we can enhance their fundraising activities by utilizing our services should consider doing so. Also, if anyone is interested in volunteering his or her talents, we are always looking for singers, dancers, comedians, instrumentalists, tech help and people who would just like to become a part of a worthwhile endeavor.
As a non-profit organization we are always receptive to new (tax deductible) sponsorships to help cover our production expenses. We therefore invite you to consider becoming one of our Soul Mates (see link).
